Join us for a fun gathering at Grand River Yoga to create your own Mala Bracelets.

Melding the expertise of Tracey regarding mindfulness and mantra, Frankie on beads, Jenn on Essential Oils.

Workshop includes:

  • 2 Mala Bracelets of your own creation
  • Explore the practice of mindfulness and mantra during the creation of your bracelets
  • Understand how the energy of beads/stones/crystals effect your physical and emotional body
  • Play with your senses to determine which essential oil(s) you’d wish to add to your bracelet

Coffee, Tea, light snacks & holiday treats will be served.

Tracey of Grand River Yoga
Tracey Eccleston, IAYT, E-RYT 500, IPT, is owner & educational director of Ageless Arts Yoga offering a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and many workshops. She’s recently opened Grand River Yoga at Five Oaks, expanding her practice. Tracey believes in the importance of working with each individual’s natural range of motion exploring somatic movement. Tracey has extensive experience working with seniors and people who use wheelchairs. She works alongside doctors, physiotherapists and occupational therapists and many others in the medical field. It is her passion to make yoga accessible to everybody and every body.

Jenn of doTERRA oils
Jennifer owns BLOOM, her holistic health and wellness company in Wilmot Township.  Providing care for the mind body and soul through yoga, dance, strength training, healthy eating and essential oils has been a passion of hers for years now.  She is a Certified Personal Trainer, registered Yoga Teacher, healthy eating coach and a wellness advocate for doTerra.

Frankie of We Felt That
Frankie is currently a Master’s student at the University of Waterloo in International Development. Her passion is in microfinance loans in developing countries. Frankie partnered with We Felt That to create the Roof4Ghana project which has currently raised over $12,000 to build a library at Anmchara International School in rural Ghana through our line of aromatherapy jewellery. The library should be completed in 2018!

As a bonus, each guest will be gifted a free one hour guided Winter GROWE Hike at 3:30 pm presented by our partner,
Grand River Outdoor Wilderness Education.


Come GROWE closer to nature by experiencing an interactive-style nature walk. Spending time in the outdoors can be a very restorative experience, beneficial for living in today’s hectic world. This uplifting healing journey through the forest will have you feeling revived. Participants will learn plant, tree and bird identification while hiking the Carolinian Forest surrounding the heritage Grand River. Your highly educated and energetic guide will lead you on an adventure through the forest that will have all your senses tingling from the sights and sounds of the fascinating and beautiful 116 acre property of Five Oaks. Clients will be treated to a taste of the abundance of winter wild edibles that the forest has to offer and will walk away feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and connected to nature. This hike caters to beginner/intermediate level. Please dress according to weather.
