SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga allows you to delight in the flow of water and reconnect with nature as you challenge your body and balance through playful explorations. SUPing is a great way to improve balance, gain core strength, and connect with nature.

Practising on a Stand-up Paddleboard shifts your perspective to being fully present and in the moment with your Asanas (yoga postures.) Create new challenges while floating, breathing into your full awareness. Learn to accept mother natures moods and of course be willing to get wet and have a sense of humour. End the practice letting go as you relax into a tranquil floating meditation.

All levels are welcome to experience this fun new pastime. This program is designed for first-timer and those new to SUP Yoga. All Yoga practices can be adapted to the SUP board.

Cost: $75.00  (All-Inclusive) plus entrance into Pinehurst Conservation Area.

SUP Yoga includes stand up paddle board, paddle, anchor,  land-based intro and safety training, on water yoga & meditation. Plus free time to play.
